“Hallo “Del Prado Realty”, Hallo Frau Fischer und Herr Hahn Nachdem wir nunmehr unseren ersten Urlaub in unserem neuen Haus in Cape Coral verbringen durften wollen wir die Gelegenheit nutzen , uns bei Euch für die umfassende Hilfe bei der Abwicklung des Hauskaufes zu bedanken. Es ist ja schon in Deutschland nicht so einfach ein Haus zu kaufen und alle Um- und Abmeldungen vorzunehmen. Die Makler hier in Deutschland sollten sich bei Euch mal eine Scheibe abschneiden , denn was Ihr bietet hat die Bezeichnung “Rundumservice” wirklich verdient. Wenn ein Makler in Deutschland so etwas anbieten würde müsste man sicherlich zig Tausende dafür hinblättern. Ihr habt hier wirklich alles für uns erledigt , sei es die Deutsche Übersetzung des Vertrages , sei es die Eröffnung eines Kontos bei der Bank , sei es die Anmeldung beim Strom usw. Wir können nur zutiefst unsere Dankbarkeit dafür aussprechen. Wer mit Euch zusammen so ein Geschäft von Deutschland abwickelt braucht wirklich keine Angst zu haben , aber jeder soll sich da selbst sein Bild machen. Was den angestrebten weiteren Grundstückskauf betrifft , so bitte ich Euch mir nur die Angebote zu Mailen , sodass ich bei Google sehen kann wo es liegt.
